AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Racing Driver Challenge Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: AB Sundecks Ltd (company no. 05622935) whose registered office is at Beaumont House, Devonshire Road, Worsley M28 3PT.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom height 1.4m or over except employees of AB Sundecks Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are as publicised.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
7. Closing date for entry will be 24th August 2019. After this date the competition will be closed.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
10. Arrive on the day of the scheduled event. Register your name, telephone and email address with the host on the day. You will be given a number. You must be available when your number is called or you forfeit your place. You can reregister for another number. Only the fastest lap time will be recorded. Successful entrants into the final race off will be notified prior to 24th August 2019.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as stated and publicised and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be notified at the event on 24th August 2019 by AB Sundecks Ltd personnel.
15. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone call. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to AB Sundecks Ltd, Leisure Resorts Ltd and not to any other party.



Liability

24. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit AB Sundecks Ltd’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or supplier’s negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, AB Sundecks Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
25. AB Sundecks Ltd cannot promise that the services relating to the competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of AB Sundecks Ltd. AB Sundecks Ltd will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the competition is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
26. Standard terms
27. In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these terms and conditions and the competition information, AB Sundecks Ltd shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. In these circumstances, any prize(s) won by the entrant may be forfeited and AB Sundecks Ltd reserves the right to reclaim any prize(s) already distributed to the entrant. Any entrant must comply with any directions given to him or her by AB Sundecks Ltd including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and applicable regulatory codes.
28. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
29. Please note that calls may be recorded to ensure that competition entries are captured, for staff training and quality control purposes.
