AB Sundecks have today announced that as of Monday operations will be returning to full capacity as they prepare for the reopening of the UK’s holiday industry.
The Covid-19 pandemic, which saw operations cease for businesses all over the world, has shown signs of being controlled thanks to everyone’s commitment in following the government guidelines. With this the UK has slowly been easing the restrictions and the economy is beginning to make a return to normal. New working procedures are in place for the safety and well being of all employees to ensure that they can operate in a comfortable and clean working environment.
Managing Director Derek Beaumont commented “I would like to thank all our team members for their support during this difficult time. Everybody is faced with different circumstances and together we have found a way in which to service our clients needs since the initial lockdown in late March. We have slowly been scaling our return since Mid-April on a weekly basis by adapting our health and safety procedures to comply with government advice and legislation; ensuring the safety of our staff and customers are paramount.
During this period we have been able to safely fulfil all our contractual obligations for fleet orders to ensure our customers are ready for holiday makers being able to return. As the holiday industry looks set to return on 4th July we have managed to establish a full return to 100% capacity in preparation to respond quickly to our customers’ needs and are very grateful to have our whole team return in good health and good spirits”.
As of Monday 22nd June all operations at AB Sundecks will be fully functional and business will continue under the new normal.
