AB Sundecks 1895 Cup

A message from our Marketing Director, Laura Beaumont:

"We are so pleased to be sponsoring the 1895 Cup again this year. This competition gives all clubs that real hope and ambition to reach Wembley and experience the dream of walking out in front of thousands of people. What makes it even more special is being twinned with the Challenge Cup Final, so you really do get the buzz and excitement of a huge event and the beauty of rugby league is all the additional fans being there and sharing in each club’s journey. It is a momentous occasion and if you haven’t been before maybe this year is yours."

“This competition gives clubs outside Super League a realistic chance of playing at Wembley Stadium on finals day and I know from personal experience what a fabulous occasion it is. I’ve been a Leigh supporter since I was a little girl and the experience of watching them win the 1895 Cup at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last year was so amazing it made us want to support the competition again in 2023. My message to the eight clubs who are now just two steps away from Wembley is ‘don’t doubt yourselves, just go for it!”

The 1895 Cup Final takes place on Saturday 12th August, it would be great to see you all there!
