Brand new, purpose built machinery arrives at Beaumont House, the new home of AB Sundecks!

After the big reloction of AB Sundecks, late in Decemeber 2012, to a much larger manufacturing site a few miles west of Wardley we thought it was about time we surprised the shop with two brand new cutting machines.

After many months of design and build input and hours of reconfiguration we finally got our new toys.

These machines are two of three new processes in the manufacturing line which have been designed to increase efficiency in the production of deck board. They speed up the process by 75%, reducing operator input, wastage and environmental impact and increasing production ten fold.

The timely arrival of these new machines coincides with the vast increase in demand for our products over the last few months.

A third machine is currently being built to off site which will add to our current portfolio and increase productivity even further. Due to arrive in June 2013 the new machine will be responsible for cutting the steel sub frame used in the construction of all AB Sundecks.
